ARU Law Clinic

ARU Law Clinic can provide free legal advice about your family law matters, including:

• Relationship break down

• Separation or divorce

• Child contact arrangements

• Financial remedies

You can arrange a free one-off 30-minute advice appointment with our volunteer Lawyers and Student Advisors either in-person at our Cambridge campus or online using the software application Zoom.

We do not offer ongoing casework or representation. If your enquiry falls outside the scope of our service we can signpost you to another organisation.

The Law Clinic can also provide assistance from trained Student Advisors with the completion of application forms to the Family Court (C100 - Apply for a court order to make arrangements for a child or resolve a dispute about their upbringing: Form C100 - GOV.UK).

Advice and assistance is given by appointment only. Our opening days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9am-5pm. Please note that the Law Clinic closes for periods during Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays.
